At light at end of ramp, turn left onto Elm, get into right lane immediately

Take immediate 1st left onto Harbor View Avenue

Administration/Operations building is Building #11 ahead on the left

Visitor parking is in front of the flag poles

Enter the building via the doors marked "Visitors Entrance"
From I-95 Northbound:
