The City of Stamford Engineering Bureau deals with many projects ranging from sewage and drainage to schools, roadways, bridges, parks, building of new structures, energy performance, mechanical system improvement, and etc. In addition to managing design and construction of Engineering Bureau projects, the Bureau has undertaken the management of many capital projects for other departments including (Board of Education, WPCA, Land Use, Police Department, Facilities Management and the Urban Redevelopment Commission).
