The mission of the Engineering Bureau is to deliver the City's vast number of construction projects in an expeditious, cost-effective manner, while maintaining the highest degree of architectural, engineering, and construction quality. In the planning and execution of these projects the City Engineer strongly promotes the concept of Context Sensitive Design in engaging and developing partnership with the community in an open and professional manner.
The Engineering Bureau is committed to providing the highest level of customer services to the public by closely managing the activities and staff of the Engineering Department, and Traffic Engineering Department, in addition to quickly and effectively responses to citizen's complaints.
