Preventive Medicine Quiz

Header

Good preventive medicine requires you to be an active participant in your own health care. Exercise, eat a well-balanced diet, go for regular health testing, know which tests to ask for-don’t depend on your physician to suggest them…know what medicines you take, why, and accurately report any changes in your health or level of activity to your health care provider.  This quiz is meant as a little guideline to give you a general idea of where you stand.  Enjoy!
