Senior Health Program

The Senior Health Program is a free service whose mission is to promote health, prevent disease and enhance quality of life through education, health screenings and referrals. Free blood pressure screenings are provided on a monthly basis at 15 lower income senior housing sites and senior centers. All are welcome to the blood pressure screening held each Tuesday between 9:30-11:30AM at the Stamford Senior Center, 2nd floor , Govt. Center , 888 Washington Blvd. Glucose screening is also available the first Tuesday of the month or by appointment. Contact Bonnie the nurse at 203-977-4389 or BMargolis@ci.stamford.ct.us
