H1N1 VACCINATION CLINIC INFORMATION

 

 H1N1 VACCINATION CLINIC INFORMATION (Updated 2/12/10)  

On Thursday, February 18th, and Thursday, February 25th, the Stamford Department of Health & Social Services will hold an H1N1 vaccination clinic from 11:00 am -2:00pm at the Government Center, Main Lobby (888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford).  The H1N1 vaccine will be available to anyone over the age of six months.  Both the H1N1 intranasal spray vaccine and the H1N1 injectable vaccine will be available.  

The H1N1 intranasal spray vaccine will be offered to healthy individuals (with no underlying medical conditions) ages 2 years to 49 years of age.  The H1N1 injectable vaccine will be available to any individual 6 months of age and over.  Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

No appointments are necessary and the vaccination is free.   Parking is available at Government Center parking garage on Washington Blvd.
