The Division of Social Services facilitates the State mandated eviction, relocation, and fair rent programs. Our goal is to provide the citizens of Stamford with appropriate information, guidance, assistance and where needed, intervention relating to these statutory issues and the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants.
