Stamford CARES is a team of sensitive individuals who are dedicated to helping you or your loved ones cope with HIV. We provide access to a wide variety of services to make things easier for you in dealing with HIV / AIDS, or for someone you know who is living with the virus. Stamford CARES provides case management, emergency financial assistance, and referrals to HIV medical care, support groups and other HIV services available throughout Stamford and the State of Connecticut. The Case Managers are available to meet with you at an agreed-upon time and location.
