| The Office of Legal Affairs is headed by the Director of Legal Affairs who is also Corporation Counsel for the City. The Office encompasses a Law Division, which offers legal counsel and services for the City, such as the preparation of contracts for all City purchased goods and services, as well as a Human Resources Division, which recruits for city jobs, conducts training and deals with various employee affairs including benefits administration. |
