The regular monthly meeting of the Board is held each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Planning Board Conference Room (7th Floor) or in the Government Center, cafeteria (4th Floor).Call the office staff at (203) 977-4028 to confirm the day of the meeting or if special accommodations are needed to enable attendance.

Agendas are available below one week before the scheduled meeting. Meetings are open to the public, and attendees may present information to the Board pertaining to the items before it. Meetings are conducted in according to Robert’s Rules of Order.
