General Meeting Information
Regular Meetings:	In accordance with Sec. 6-20-2 of the City of Stamford Charter, the Board of Finance shall hold regular meetings on the second Thursday of each month.
Change of Meeting Date**:	In accordance with Sec. 6-20-3 of the City of Stamford Charter, the Board of Finance may, by resolution, change the time for holding regular meetings, provided that such resolution calls for at least one (1) regular meeting to be held each month, at least two (2) weeks prior to the monthly meeting held by the Board of Representatives.
Special Meetings:	In accordance with Sec. 6-20-2 of the City of Stamford Charter, the Mayor or any two (2) members of the Board of Finance may call a special meeting by causing a written notice thereof, specifying the time, place, and purpose of the meeting, at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time fixed for such meeting. No business shall be transacted at a special meeting which is not within the purpose of the call.
Time and Location:	Unless changed by resolution, the Board of Finance shall hold regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Finance Conference Room, located on the 4th Floor of the Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Boulevard.
