The Historic Old Town Hall
of the City of Stamford, Connecticut is a beautiful and impressive
beaux-arts style landmark that unfortunately has remained vacant for twenty
years. Through a series of state grants, city
appropriation, private debt and equity, and tenant lease, it will be revived
once again. These funds will be used to first restore the building and secondly,
to develop and improve the space so it can be put back into public use today. |
